Sanima Capital Limited (SANCAP) has called its 7th AGM on 26th Ashwin, 2079. The meeting will be held in Sanima Bank's central office in Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 4 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the annual report and financial reports of the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
3) Endorse the 15.789% cash dividend worth Rs. 3.94 crores.
