Sanima Capital Limited has called its 6th AGM on 15th Ashwin, 2078. The meeting will be held in Sanima Bank's central office in Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 1 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the annual report and financial reports of the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
