Sanima Capital Appointed Issue Manager for 2: 1 Rights Issue of Synergy Power Development Limited (SPDL)

Sanima Capital has been appointed the issue manager for the upcoming rights issue of Synergy Power Development Limited (SPDL).

The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Shrawan 24 decided to distribute 10% bonus shares worth over Rs. 7.33 crores and 0.5263% cash dividend worth over Rs. 38.59 lakhs. The board also decided to issue a 2: 1 right offering on the paid-up capital after bonus shares adjustment.

Sanima Capital CEO Bhisma Raj Chalise and Synergy Power Development Limited's Managing Director Surendra Bahadur Khadka signed the agreement letter.

After adjustment of proposed bonus and right share, the paid-up capital will be Rs. 120.98 crore. As of writing, SPDL has an LTP of Rs. 555.
