Sanima Capital announces 5th AGM: Proposes 8.5% cash dividend for FY 2076/77

The meeting of the BOD's of Sanima Capital Limited held on Ashwin 18 has declared its 5th AGM on 21st Kartik, 2077, i.e. 6th November. The AGM will commence at 2 pm at the office of the company registrar, Putalisadak.
Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse an 8.5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. Sanima Capital had previously distributed a 13% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2075/76.
