Sanima Bank’s AGM on October 10

Sanima Bank Limited is going to holds its Annual General Meeting in the capital on October 10.
A meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors yesterday decided to hold the 9th AGM at the City Hall.
The AGM, inter alias, will approve the proposed 10 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year.
