Sanima Bank virtually convenes its 16th AGM; endorses proposal of 13.60% dividend to its shareholders

Sanima Bank has virtually convened its 16^th AGM for the FY 2076-77 on Kartik 28, 2077 under the leadership of its chairperson Mr. Binay Kumar Shrestha.

The AGM has endorsed the  board’s proposal to provide 10% bonus shares and 3.60% cash dividend to the shareholders, as per the media statement.

The bank has earned Rs 1.78 arba as net profit last FY, has Rs 126.31 arba as its assets, Rs 110.10 arba as collected deposit, Rs 93.69 arba as loan disbursement, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 83 branches, 16 extension counters and 81 ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
