Sanima Bank proposes 14% cash dividend; Decision subject to approval from NRB and upcoming AGM

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has proposed 14% cash dividend for its shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the bank has proposed 14% cash dividend worth Rs 1.12 arba on Rs 8 arba 12 lakh paid up capital for ther FY 2074/75.
The decision is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
For the FY 2073/74, the bank had distributed 16% bonus shares for its shareholders.
