Sanima Bank new branch

KATHMANDU, Aug 06:

Sanima Bank has opened 26th branch office at Ghorahi in Dang district. The office was jointly inaugurated by bank’s director Mahesh Ghimire and Hari Bansha Acharya, a renowned artist, says a statement issued by the bank today. At the ceremony, Ghimire said the bank will continue to provide scholarships, organise eye treatment camps and support self-employment training programmes as part of its corporate social responsibility. The bank has set aside Rs 6.3 million this year to organise programmes aimed at fulfilling its corporate social responsibility. Meanwhile, the bank has launched a deposit product called ‘Sanima Bishesh Bachat Khata’ on which seven per cent interest would be extended per year. “The interest rate on the product will not be revised downward at least till mid-Januray 2014,” deputy CEO of Sanima Bhuvan Dahal said
