Sanima Bank Limited Proposes 10% Cash Dividend for FY 2082/83

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has proposed a dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83.  The bank has proposed an 8.25% dividend for preference shareholders worth Rs. 5.24 Crores and a 10% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.35 Arba, including tax, for ordinary shareholders from its accumulated profits.

The meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) had decided to distribute a 10% cash dividend (including tax) worth RS. 1.35 Arba. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 13.58 Arba, and the preference shares' capital is Rs. 2 Arba.

This decision is subject to approval from the NRB, after which it will be endorsed at the AGM of the bank.
