Sanima Bank concludes it 17th AGM; endorses 17% bonus shares for its shareholders

Sanima Bank Limited has successfully concluded its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, October 31, 2020.

The meeting was concluded by taking necessary health precautions against Covid 19. However, for the maximum participation of shareholders, the meeting was also conducted virtually.  Under the Chairmanship of Mr. Binaya Kumar Shrestha, AGM has approved to provide 17% bonus and 0.8947% Cash Dividend.

Dr. Keshab Prasad Acharya, Mr. Tuk Prasad Poudel, and Mrs. Gayatri Thapa were elected unanimously as new Board of Directors from the 17th Annual General meeting of Sanima Bank whereas Mr. Tuk Prasad Poudel and Mrs. Gayatri Thapa were re-elected as Board of Directors.

In FY 2077/78, Sanima has earned a Net Profit of NPR 2.32 billion with Total Deposits and Net Loans & Advances of NPR 130.88 billion and NPR. 123.17 billion respectively along with a Total Assets size of 160.75 billion. In comparison to FY 2076/77, Total Deposit, Loan & Advances and Total Assets were increased by 18.88%, 31.45%, and 27.26% respectively.
