Sanima Bank, Bhrikutee Dev Bank convening AGM today

Sanima Bank Ltd is convening its 10th annual general meeting today.

The AGM is scheduled to be held at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni in Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards. The meeting is likely to endorse 11 percent bonus shares to its shareholders as dividend from the profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
 
The bank has registered a net profit of Rs 32.08 crore in the third quarter, up from Rs 21.15 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal year.

Meanwhile, Bhrikutee Development Bank Ltd is also holding its 10th AGM today. Butwal-based development bank is going to endorse the proposal to distribute 23 percent bonus shares to its shareholders as proposed by its board of directors.

Likewise, the development bank is also going to change its share ownership structure by making 51 percent promoter share and 49 percent public. Currently, the promoters and public shareholders capital in the bank is 70 and 30 percent respectively.
