Sanima Bank announces AGM; Agenda to endorse dividend and discuss increasing paid-up capital and authorized capital

Sanima Bank Limited has announced its 16th AGM on 28th Kartik, 2077, i.e. November 13.

The AGM will be organized in Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar, starting from 11 am. Since physical crowding isn't allowed because of the increasing risk of the Covid-19 pandemic, some investors might have to join the AGM virtually.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10% bonus shares and a 3.6% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The bonus shares amount to a little over Rs. 88.01 crores and the cash dividend amounts to a little over Rs. 31.68 crores.

Furthermore, the AGM will also discuss increasing the authorized capital from the current Rs. 9 Arba to Rs. 12 Arba. The AGM will also discuss increasing the current paid-up capital of a little over Rs. 8.80 Arba to Rs. 9.68 Arba by issuing bonus shares. 

The book closure for the AGM and dividend is announced on Kartik 17. Thus, investors maintained till that date are entitled to the dividend payment and can attend the AGM.
