Sanima Bank and ICFC propose dividends

Sanima Bank Limited and ICFC Finance Limited on Friday decided to distribute dividends to their shareholders from the net profits they made during the last fiscal year.

ICFC Finance has offered 10.79 percent dividend and 5 percent bonus shares to the shareholders while Sanima Bank has proposed 10 percent bonus shares.

It may be noted here that also on Friday Everest Bank Limited also announced its decision to distribute dividends.The decisions taken by the latest meeting of the board of directors of these banks, however, are subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank as well their upcoming Annual General Meeting.
