Sanima Bank and Citizen Life Insurance convening AGM today; Sanima to approve 21% dividend for its shareholders

Citizen Life Insurance Company will be convening its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 29th, 2076 (today) at Hotel Himalaya, Kupondole, Lalitpur from 3 PM onwards.

The agendas of the meeting include:

- Discussion and approval of the Annual Report to be presented by the Chairman.

- Discussion and approval of financial statements of the year 2074/75.

- Appointment of the auditor for the year 2075/76.

- Election of director for empty positions.

- Floating shares for the general public

Sanima Bank (SANIMA) has published a notice today calling its shareholders to attend the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is going to be held on Ashwin 29, 2076 (today) at Naxal Banquet, Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.

The major agendas of the meeting are:

-Approval of the dividend proposed by BOD. The details are:
  Bonus shares: 10% worth Rs 80 crore 1 lakh 25 thousand 544
  Cash dividend: 11.0526% worth Rs 88 crore 43 lakh 49 thousand 285.47 (Including tax)

-Discussion and approval of the Annual report to be presented by Board of Directors along with the financial statements for the year 2075/76.

-Appointment of auditor and fixation of remuneration.

The paid-up capital of the bank currently stands at Rs 8 arba, which post adjustment will reach Rs 8.8 arba.

The book closure date for the purpose of AGM and dividend was declared on Ashwin 13, 2076. Therefore, shareholders maintained in the books on Ashwin 12, 2076 will be eligible to attend the AGM and claim the dividend.
