Sanima Bank AGM today expected to approve of 10.53 % dividend

Sanima Bank Limited is holding its Annual General Meeting today.

The 9th AGM of the commercial bank organized at the City Hall in Kathmandu is expected to approve 10 percent bonus shares and 0.53 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2069/70.

The shareholders, however, may have to wait till the end of the festive season to get the dividends as the AGM is being just a day before the public holiday for Dashain.

The meeting is also expected to appoint an auditor for the bank for the current fiscal year.
