Sana Kisan to hold its 13th AGM today; 2:1 rights to be approved

Sana Kisan Bikas Bank (SKBBL) Limited is convening its 13th annual general meeting (AGM) today. The AGM is schedule to starts at 11:00 AM at ADBL, Company Training Office, Bhaktapur.

It has already proposed 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.The decision, however, is subject to the approval of Bank’s AGM.

The major agendas for the AGM are approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71, election of 3 director representing promoter groups and approval of dividend declared by the BOD.

Other agenda includes the approval of issuance of 1:1 right share.
