Sana Kisan Laghubitta to convene SGM on Ashadh 29; Two directors to be elected from ordinary shareholders

Sana Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (SKBBL) will be convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on Ashadh 29, 2075. The meeting will be held in the premises of Nepal Prasasanik Pratisthan, Jawalakhel at 11:00 AM.
The agenda of the meeting is the election of 2 directors from the ordinary shareholders group and other miscellaneous topics.
For the purpose of the meeting, the shareholders register book will remain closed on Ashadh 12 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the microfinance company till Ashadh 11 will be eligible to participate in the SGM.
It has reported a net profit of Rs 27.84 crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal year.
