Sana Kisan Laghubitta to convene 17th AGM on Magh 18; Shareholders holding till Magh 02 to secure 26% dividend

Sana Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) will be convening its 17th AGM on Magh 18, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the Central Training Institute of Agriculture Development Bank at 11 PM.

The main agenda of the meeting includes endorsement of 25% bonus shares worth Rs 15.72 crore for the FY 2074/75.

Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, appointment of the statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76, distribution of 1.317% cash dividend worth Rs 82.74 lakhs and appointment of 1 director from among the promoters including the commercial banks and 3 directors from promoters.

For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book of the microfinance will remain closed from Magh 03 till Magh 18, i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Magh 02 will be able to secure 26.317% dividend.
