Sana Kisan Laghubitta (SKBBL) Proposes 26.315% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Sana Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) has proposed a 26.315% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 426th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 08 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. 25% bonus shares worth Rs. 31.28 crores and 1.315% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth slightly over Rs. 1.64 crores have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, SKBBL has an LTP of Rs 1,830.
