Sana Kisan AGM on Poush 18; 15% Cash Div. in offing, Proposed 2:1 Right

Sana Kisan Bikas Bank Limited (SKBBL) is going to hold its 13th Annual General Meeting on Poush 18, 2071; which inter alias, will endorse 15 percent cash dividend from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The Bank also has proposed the agenda to issue 2:1 right share to its shareholders which is subject to approval from its AGM.
The bank is also raising its authorized capital to Rs 64 crore and paid up capital to Rs 34.60 crore respectively.
The bank has announced the book closure for the same from Mangsir 22 to Poush 18, 2071.
Only those shareholders who own the shares of the bank till Mangsir 21 will be entitled to dividends offered by the bank.
Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and also the election for 3 directors representing the promoters group.
Sana Kisan Bikas Bank offered 15 percent bonus share and 11.31 percent cash dividend to its shareholders last fiscal year.
