Samyukta Urja to Float Rs. 41.60 Crores IPO, Appoints Laxmi Sunrise Capital as Issue Manager

Samyukta Urja Limited has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for its IPO of 41,60,000 ordinary shares at a par value of Rs. 100 each, totaling Rs. 41.60 crores.

The agreement was signed by CEO Bijaya Lal Shrestha from Laxmi Sunrise Capital and Managing Director Gopal Prasad Niure from Samyukta Urja. The company has already completed construction and started commercial production of its 21.3 MW Thulo Khola Hydropower Project in Raghuganga, Myagdi.
