Samudayik Laghubitta Amended Dividend Rate to 15% for Fiscal Year 2078/79; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash Now?

Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) has amended the dividend percentage from the previous 21.05263% to 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

Earlier, 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.32 crores and 11.05263% cash dividend (including for tax purposes) worth Rs. 1.45 crores were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.20 Crores.

The dividend was subjected to be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As per the NRB’s recommendations, the company has amended the dividend to a maximum of 15% from the paid-up capital of Rs. 13.20 Crores.

From the 201st meeting of the BoDs held on Chaitra 25, 2079 the dividend has now been revised to 15% including 10% bonus shares and a 5% cash dividend worth Rs. 1.98 Crores for FY 2078/79. 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.32 crores and 5% cash dividend worth Rs. 66 lakhs have been proposed.
