Samling Power Company (SPC) Calls 3rd AGM With These Agendas

Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) has called its 3rd AGM on 21st Chaitra, 2078. The meeting will be held in Karki Banquet, Babar Mahal, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Election of board members
5) Reduction of BOD size from 11 members to 7.
6) Misc.

Chaitra 07 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.

SPC closed at Rs. 719 yesterday.
