Samata Laghubitta and Gharelu Laghubitta to Commence Joint Transaction on Baisakh 02 Next Year

After a successful merger, Samata Laghubitta (ticker SMATA) and Gharelu Laghubitta are commencing their joint operation from 2nd Baisakh.
The companies will operate under the name of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited with the central office at Banepa, Ward 08, Kavrepalanchowk.
Both the companies will halt operation on Chaitra 31 for Data Migration purposes. The trading of SMATA is currently halted.
