Samaj Laghubitta's shares finally listed but trading won't happen anytime soon

2,00,000 units IPO shares of Samaj Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SAMAJ) have been listed in NEPSE.
Samaj Laghubitta had recently issued 86,000 units worth Rs 86 lakh as Initial Public Offering to the general public. The 2,00,000 units include the shares issued and the promoter shares.
However, the shares won't trade for now. This is because Samaj Laghubitta (SAMAJ) and Swastik Laghubitta (SWSLBSL) have signed an agreement of merger with each other on Ashwin 05.
