Salt Trading Corporation virtually convenes its 53rd AGM; endorses proposal of 35% dividend to its shareholders

Salt Trading Corporation has virtually convened its 53rd AGM for the FY 2075-76.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide a 25% bonus shares worth Rs 3.83 crore and 10% cash dividend worth Rs 1.53 crore to the shareholders, as per the media statement.
The government-owned trading company had made a turnover of Rs 8.25 arba during the review period and earned a net profit of Rs 73.14 crore.
