Salt Trading Corporation to distribute 25% bonus share and 10% cash dividend for FY 75/76; LTP stands at Rs 1960

Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC) has published a notice on NEPSE regarding 35% dividend from the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders.
The company will be issuing 25% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend from the profits of FY 75/76. The BOD meeting was held on Poush 25, 2076.
The company had issued similar dividend of 25% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend for the previous year. The paid up capital of the company will increase to Rs 19.18 Crore after the adjustment of 25% bonus shares. The LTP of the same stands at Rs 1960 per share till 11.44 AM on Poush 27.
