Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC) has proposed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 28 has proposed a 9.50% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.04 crores and a 0.5% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 16.03 lakhs for the fiscal year 2081/82. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 32.07 Crores.
The dividend will be distributed only after the company's upcoming AGM.
As of writing, STC has an LTP of Rs. 5,500.00 .
