Salt Trading Corporation Proposes 10% Dividend for FY 81/82

Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC) has proposed a dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 28 has proposed a 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.04 crores and for tax purposes Rs. 16.03 lakhs with a total of amount worth Rs. 3.20 crores for the fiscal year 2081/82. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 32.07 Crores.
The dividend will be distributed only after the company's upcoming AGM.
As of writing, STC has an LTP of Rs. 5,500.00 .
