Salmanidevi Hydropower Limited Appoints Laxmi Sunrise Capital as Issue and Sales Manager for Public Share Issuance

Salmanidevi Hydropower Limited has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for its upcoming IPO (Initial Public Offering). The company plans to issue 850,000 ordinary shares worth Rs. 100 each to project-affected locals and an additional 850,000 shares to the general public.

The agreement was signed between CEO Vijay Lal Shrestha on behalf of Laxmi Sunrise Capital and Director Perash Dahal representing Salmanidevi Hydropower Limited.

The company operates the 3.33 MW Kapadigad Hydropower Project in Doti District, which has been in commercial operation since 2076 Bs.
