Salapa Bikas Bank Limited Calls 14th AGM With These Agendas? When's the Book Closure?

Salapa Bikas Bank Limited (SABBL) has called its 14th AGM on 15th Ashad, 2083. The meeting will be held in Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality- 2, Khotang at 11:00 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1. To discuss and approve the Annual Report for the fiscal year 2081/82 presented by the Board of Directors.
2. To discuss and approve the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules for FY 2081/82 along with the Auditor’s Report.
3. To appoint an Auditor for FY 2082/83 and to determine their remuneration.
4. To authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association as required by the regulatory authority, primarily to expand the Bank's operational area to four additional districts.
5. Misc.

Ashad 03 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
