Sahayogi Bikas bank announces AGM on Poush 26; 36% dividend in offing

Sahayogi Bikash Bank (SBBLJ) is going to hold its 11th Annual General Meeting on Poush 26 , 2071; which will endorse 26 percent bonus share and 10 cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The annual general meeting is schedule to sit at bank’s central Office, Janakpur at 1PM on poush 26, 2071. The bank also announced book closure date on Poush 9 to Poush 26.
Other agenda includes the approval of financial statement of FY 2070/71 and to expand geographical reach to 10 districts.
In the previous year Bank offered 26 percent bonus share and 8.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
