Sagarmatha Merchant closing 4:1 right issue today

Sagarmatha Merchant Banking and Finance Limited is closing the issuance of 4:1 right share today which was opened on April 29.
Total of 4,12,500 units were floated with a face value of Rs 100.
The company had also announced the book closure date for right share on April 10.
Citizen Investment Trust at New Baneshwor is the issue manager.
