Sagarmatha Merchant Banking to merge with Patan Finance

Sagarmatha Merchant Banking Limited held its Special General Meeting on 5th Chaitra(yesterday) , at Crysatl Bnaquet, Manbhawan, Lalitpur. The Meeting has passed the agenda of Merger with Patan Finance.

Also, the AGM of Patan Finance held on Chaitra 5 has passed the agenda of merger Sagarmatha Merchant Banking.

The  AGM of both the company has  approved the agendas like the share swap ratio of 2:1, with each of Sagarmatah’s share equivalent to two shares of Patan., the company’s name after the merger will be Sagarmatha Finace Limited, the formation of management committee after the merger and the of increment of capital

The head office of Patan Finance is situated at Gabahal Laitpur and the head office Sagarmatha Merchant Banking is situated at Manbhawan Lalitpur.
