Sagarmatha Jalvidhyut Company has appointed Prabhu Capital to function as its share registrar.
The agreement for the same was signed on Chaitra 20, 2079 between the chairman of the hydro company Dr. Bhogendra Kumar Guragain and the CEO of the Merchant bank Mr. Aasis Gauchan, as per the statement.
