Sagarmatha Insurance to distribute 15% bonus share certificate from today

Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited (SiC) is distributing 15% bonus share certificate to its shareholders from Shrawan 21(today).
Sagarmatha Insurance Comapany Limited’s 18th AGM held on Ashad 30, 2072 endorsed 15 % stock dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year.
The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00AM to 2:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday from its RTS Global IME Capital Limited, Rastriya Naachghar ,Jamal Kathmandu.
The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers.
