21.05263% Dividend of Sagarmatha Insurance (SIC) Approved for FY 2077/78

Beema Samiti has approved the dividend proposal of Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited (SIC).

The company had proposed a 21.05263% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

The 313th meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. 20% bonus shares and 1.05263% cash dividend have been proposed. The cash dividend has been proposed for the tax amount on bonus shares.

This will now be followed by endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. The company has scheduled its 25th AGM to be held on Baisakh 28.

SIC closed at Rs. 1,250.20 yesterday.
