Sagarmatha Insurance announces 21.0526% Cash, No Bonus Share this time

The BOD meeting of Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited (SIC) has proposed 21.0526 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2070/71.
The BOD meeting of bank held on Poush 26 has decided to recommend a dividend to its shareholders. However, the decision is subjected to approval from Beema Samitee and the Bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Previous year SIC has offered 20 percent bonus share and 22 percent cash dividend to its shareholder.
