Sagarmatha Insurance announced 23rd AGM to be held on Bhadra 13, No Dividend agenda mentioned

Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited (SIC) has issued a notice informing NEPSE and investors that its 23rd Annual General Meeting of FY 2075/76 is going to be held on Bhadra 13, Saturday, at 10 am. The AGM will be held in the company's central office, Bhagwati Marga, Naxal.

Importantly, no dividend will be approved or distributed from this AGM since no such agenda has been mentioned in the notice.

Meanwhile, providing authority to the board of directors to work on potential merger or acquisition with a non-life insurance company will be proposed in the AGM, among other agendas.
