Sagarmatha Insurance amended its dividend from 21% cash to 15% bonus and 6% cash

Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited (SIC) made changes in the cash dividend which they initially proposed from the profit of last fiscal year 2070/71 to its shareholders.  Earlier in the 193rd BOD meeting SIC had proposed 21.05263 % cash dividend to its shareholders.

The insurance board shows the disapproval of the proposed dividend.  Now, it has been changed to 7.35% cash dividend and 15% stock dividend by its 196th BOD meeting held on 26 February as per the directive from Insurance Board.
