Sadhana Laghubitta's IPO to be allotted today at 5 PM ; lucky 66,152 will get 10 units in the lottery

Global IME Capital Limited has issued a new notice stating that Sadhana Laghubitta's IPO will be allotted to the general public today (July 13, 2020) at 5 pm in the afternoon.

The allotment will take place in Jamal, Kathmandu at the underwriter's (Global IME Capital) office.

The IPO was issued from 21st to 24th Ashad, 2077.   

Out of the offered 7,07,800 units; 0.5% of issue capital i.e. 10,890 units were set aside for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares to the general public i.e. 35,390 units for mutual funds. The remaining 6,61,520 units were for the general public, which will be allotted today.

As per the issue manager, Global IME Capital Limited, the issue had received approx 4,58,643 applications applying for a total of 1,12,59,850 units of shares till the closing day. 

Even though ICRA Nepal had assigned a grading of IPO Grade 4+, indicating below-average fundamentals, record 4 lakh 58 thousand applicants applied for IPO of Sadhana Laghbubitta in 4 days; oversubscribing it by 17.02 times.
