Sadhana Laghubitta to acquire Aarthik Samriddhi Laghubitta in share swap ratio of 100:80; to issue 100% right shares after successful acquisition

Gorkha based Sadhana Laghubitta has convened its Special General Meeting on Jestha 24, 2076 which has endorsed the decision to acquire Dumre based Aarthik Samriddhi Laghubitta. The SGM has decided to conclude the acquisition process in the ratio 100:80 between Sadhana and Aarthik Samriddhi.

After the acquisition, the newly form entity will also be issuing 100% right shares, as per another decision made during the SGM. This will jack up the paid up capital of the company to Rs 14.70 crore.

The SGM was headed by chairman of Sadhana Laghubitta Mr. Kushna Bahadur Thapa, attended by BoD Mr. Ramesh Sapkota, Mr. Hari Prasad Aryal, Mr. Rabin Adhikari, Mr. Sushil Kaji Baniya, CEO Mr. Resham Neupane among others.
