Sadhana Laghubitta convenes its 4th AGM; endorses 18.94% dividend to its shareholders

Sadhana Laghubitta has convened its 4^th  AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Krishna Bahadur Thapa on Poush 29, 2077. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 18% bonus shares and 0.94% cash dividend for taxation purposes.

The AGM also elected Ms. Pushpa Kumari Ghimire and Mr. Dinesh Aryal as board members from the public shareholders’ group and has appointed S.D. and Associates, Chartered Accountant as the external auditor of the microfinance for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.

Microfinance currently provides its services from its 70 branches to more than 70K rural households.
