Sadhana Laghubitta convenes 6th AGM; endorses 20% dividend for its shareholders

Sadhana Laghubitta convened its 6th AGM on Poush 29, 2079 under the leadership of the company’s chair Mr. Krishna B. Thapa.
The AGM has decided to approve 19% bonus shares and a 1% cash dividend for its shareholders and has authorized the board to carry out any merger/acquisition work with suitable institutions, as per the media statement.
The AGM has appointed S.D. and Associates, Charter Accountant as the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
The microfinance has 93 branches and serves more than 1 lakh rural households in Nepal, as per the media statement.
