Ru Ru Jalvidut Pariyojana Limited (RURU) has proposed a 20% dividend today.
The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 01 has proposed a 10.5263% cash dividend (along with tax amount on dividend) for the fiscal year 2076/77. Meanwhile, the company has proposed 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend (for tax on bonus shares) for the fiscal year 2077/78.
The 15th and 16th AGM of the company will endorse the proposals. As of writing, RURU has an LTP of Rs. 1,683.
