RSDC Laghubitta To Conduct AGM On 29th Poush; When is the Book Closure Date for 11% Dividend?

According to the 137th meeting of Board of Directors, the annual general meeting of RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) will be held to discuss and decide on the following proposals at the following written date, place and time, as per section 60 of the Companies Act, 2063.

Date of meeting: 29th Poush 2079 (Accordingly 13th January 2023)

Location: Asian Hotel, Butwal, Rupendahi

Meeting start time: 9:00 AM.

Agendas:

• To discuss and approve the report of the board of directors for the financial year 2078/79.
• To discuss and approve the financial statements including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement including the auditor's report for the financial year 2078/79.
• To elect 4 directors representing the promoter shareholders group.
• To decide on the proposed dividend of 3% cash dividend (tax purposes) and 8% bonus shares from the paid-up capital of Rs.  80.51 Crores.

The book closure date is Poush 15. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
