RSDC Laghubitta (RSDC) calls AGM on Poush 24; When's the book closure date for 12.63% Dividend?

RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has called its 7th AGM on Poush 24, i.e. January 08.

The 106th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 28 has decided to organize the AGM in Butwal.

Among other proposals, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The board of directors held has decided to distribute a total of 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

From the paid-up capital of Rs. 67.15 crores, 9% bonus shares will be distributed and 3.63% will be distributed as cash dividends including the amount for tax purposes. The bonus shares dividend amounts to Rs. 6,04,37,045 while the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 2,43,86,878.

Furthermore, the AGM will also elect two board members who will represent the public investors.

The book closure is declared on Poush 10. Thus, investors maintained before that date are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
