RSDC Laghubitta convenes its 7th AGM; endorses 9% bonus shares as special proposal with earlier 3.63% cash dividend

RSDC Laghubitta has convened its 7^th  AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Rajendra Prasad Dahal.

The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 9% bonus shares worth Rs 6.04 crore as a special proposal and a 3.63% cash dividend worth Rs 2.43 crore.

The AGM also elected Mr. Amar Dangol Maharjan and Mr. Shanti Prasad Upredi as board members from the public shareholders’ group and has appointed CA Yagya Raj Bhatt as the internal auditor of the microfinance for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
