RSDC Laghubitta convenes 6th AGM; endorses dividend to shareholders as per board’s decision

RSDC Laghubitta has convened its 6th AGM on Mangsir 13, 2076 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Rajendra Prashad Dahal. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide dividend worth Rs 6.33 crore that includes both 10% bonus shares and cash dividend for tax purpose.
The AGM also appoints Bhatt and Company as the auditor for the current fiscal year as well as endorses other regular financial reports.
The AGM has also decided to authorize the board to carry out the merger / acquisition process with other suitable organizations, as per the statement.
