RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has proposed the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The 103rd meeting of the board of directors held on Ashwin 24 has decided to distribute a total of 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
From the paid-up capital of Rs. 67.15 crores, 9% bonus shares will be distributed and 3.63% will be distributed as cash dividend including the amount for tax purposes. The bonus shares dividend amounts to Rs. 6,04,37,045 while the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 2,43,86,878.
RSDC Laghubitta had previously distributed 6% bonus shares and a 10% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2075/76. As of writing, the company's last closing price is Rs. 550 per share.
