RMDC to holds its AGM on Jan 13 to endorse 15% cash dividend

Rural Microfinance Development Centre Limited (RMDC) is going to hold its 15th Annual General Meeting on January 13.
The AGM to be held at the City Hall in Kathmandu will endorse 15 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit the microfinance development bank posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.
RMDC has posted a net profit of Rs 6.82 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year.
